Our team are very familiar with the legislative requirements for Strata Title buildings and we have completed numerous fire order upgrade works for Owners Corporations as well as the removal of Asbestos Containing Materials and Magnesite.  We also specialise in replacing combustible cladding with complaint products and offering alternative solutions for those clients who do not want to reinstate an aluminium cladding product , where they want to modernise the building, save costs or achieve a different aesthetic.

As our clients are predominantly strata title buildings, we have worked extensively on capital upgrade projects including roof replacements, balustrade replacements, sliding door and window replacements as well as on smaller capital works projects involving the replacement of tiling in common areas, fences and rebuilding retaining walls.  We understand the complexities of undertaking remedial work in occupied buildings and minimize any disruption on residents and occupants.

Defect rectification work is what we specialise in, most commonly the items which cause water ingress into apartments.  Our projects in this area are predominantly rectification of waterproofing failures of external areas - balconies, courtyards and rooftops as well as deficiencies in faulty detailing on facades such as sliding doors and windows.  We offer a full service from leak detection, flood testing and investigative works through to the make good of internal finishes such as rebuilding gyprock walls and ceilings, repainting and reinstating/replacing any joinery, flooring and other fixtures/fittings which may have been damaged from sustaining water ingress.
