Robie is an enthusiastic, motivational leader who holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management. Robie focusses on ensuring that the 3Co team are operating safely on site, projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality and that the client’s financial, contractual and environmental goals are achieved for every job we undertake.
Rami Ibrahim
Managing Director
As a Civil Engineer having worked in the private and public sector, Rami ensures that 3Co team is complaint with the Design & Building Practitioners Act, Home Building Act, National Construction Code and Building Code of Australia.  Rami’s knowledge and experience with infrastructure and construction management gives 3Co a competitive advantage and ensures we remain one step ahead in delivering innovative and cost effective solutions to our clients that comply with the relevant legislation.
Danny Ibrahim
Managing Director
Danny holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and started his career at a young age. With a strong passion for construction, Danny has over 22 years of experience and understands the delivery of multi residential strata buildings. Danny’s knowledge and experience in the construction of residential apartment buildings gives 3Co unparalleled expertise in how to remediate building defects. This is particularly valuable and essential for our clients who are in the position of having to fund their defect remediation work where the original builder is no longer around to honour statutory warranties.
Jason Sakr
Project Manager
Jason holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management and has over a decade of experience in delivering large scale residential and commercial projects. Jason is a fantastic communicator, has a great eye for detail and demonstrates the highest work ethic in managing multi disciplinary site teams and has a collaborative approach in working with engineers, consultants, building managers and strata managers
Laurence Ibrahim
Project Manager
Laurence has spent the last decade in the remedial building industry, predominantly servicing strata buildings in Sydney and has a thorough understanding of the challenges and complexities of working in occupied environments, whether it be residential homes or commercial offices.  Laurie has a personal approach to dealing with clients and ensures that our site team are respectful, clean, on time and communicative when working on buildings.
