Rami’s knowledge and experience with infrastructure and construction management gives 3Co a competitive advantage and ensures we remain one step ahead in delivering innovative and cost effective solutions to our clients that comply with the relevant legislation.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and started his career at a young age. With a strong passion for construction, Danny has over 22 years of experience and understands the delivery of multi residential strata buildings. Danny’s knowledge and experience in the construction of residential apartment buildings gives 3Co unparalleled expertise in how to remediate building defects. This is particularly valuable and essential for our clients who are in the position of having to fund their defect remediation work where the original builder is no longer around to honour statutory warranties.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management and has over a decade of experience in delivering large scale residential and commercial projects. Jason is a fantastic communicator, has a great eye for detail and demonstrates the highest work ethic in managing multi disciplinary site teams and has a collaborative approach in working with engineers, consultants, building managers and strata managers

Tim is a highly experienced construction and project manager who offers extensive expertise and leadership in his role at 3Co. Tim is committed to delivering high quality results on time and within budget and takes a holistic approach from construction to handover.

Liora has a passion for construction in the residential remedial space and is an articulate and brilliant communicator. Liora organises all tendering and administration and ensures all of our jobs run smoothly and that there is prompt and efficient communications with all stakeholders from engineers, strata committees, strata managers, building managers and tenants.
